They are corporations which operate in the following sectors:

  • Security
  • Infrastructure and public services
  • Transportation
  • Communication
  • Energy
  • Insurance and financial intermediation
  • Research and high technology

or with:
  • net annual turnover of at least €240 million, and
  • an average of at least 200 employees
